1. Exit and sign out.
2. Restart the workstation.
End the program(s) on the workstation as follows:
1. Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl - Alt - Delete or by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting it from the menu.
2. Click on Processes tab.
3. Find the following processes in the Processes tab Image Name list.
- The Raiser's Edge: bblogman.exe; RE7.exe
- The Financial Edge: LoginManager.exe; FE7Shell.exe
5. Repeat step 4 for each process and each instance of the process.
6. Log back into the program and attempt to run/open the report or mail function.
