- Enter the personalized message in the gift record under one of the following areas:
- In the Reference field of the Gift tab
- In a Notepad under the Miscellaneous tab
- In Mail, click Honor/Memorial Letters and create a new letter.
- In the Fields to Include tab, Select to send one letter 'Per Gift.'
- Select either the Reference or Gift Notes field, depending on where your personalized message is stored under.
- Insert the field into the Word Merge Document.
