Login as a Teacher, Advisor or Administrator to FAWEB, select a student, then select the Conduct tab.

Adding a conduct record for a student:
  1. On a student record, select the Conduct tab.
  2. Click New. The Conduct screen appears so you can enter information about the infraction and consequences.
  3. In the Date Occurred field, enter the date the incident occurred.
  4. In the Infraction field, select the infraction.
  5. In the Reported By field, search for and select the faculty/staff member reporting the incident.
  6. In the Location field, search for and select the location in which the incident occurred.
  7. If the incident warrants a letter, in the Letter field, select the letter to send about the incident.
  8. Once the letter is sent, mark Letter sent on and enter the date.
  9. If you have multiple schools, in the School field, select the school at which the incident occurred.
  10. In the Notes box, you can add additional information about the incident.
  11. In the grid, add information about the consequences of the infraction. To add a consequence row, click New above the grid.
  12. In the Consequence column, select a consequence.
  13. In the Date column, enter the date the consequence is to occur.
  14. In the Time From and Time To columns, enter the start and end times of the consequence.
  15. In the Status column, select the status of the consequence.
  16. In the Assigned To column, search for and select the faculty/staff member assigned to follow up with the consequence.
  17. In the Location column, search for and select the location in which the consequence is to occur.
  18. In the Units column, enter the number of units the student must complete, for example, the number of detention days.
  19. Click OK to save the information and return to the Conduct tab.
