Try the following in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Verify that all required phone fields are included in the import file.
    • In Version 7.94 and higher: Phone Import ID, Phone Type, and Phone Number
    • In Version 7.93 and earlier: Phone Address Import ID, Phone Import ID, Phone Type, and Phone Number
  2. On the Fields tab of the import, verify that each group of phone fields have the same extension.
  3. In the Import file, verify that the Address Import ID is valid.
    • If adding phones to the same address that is being added in the import file, verify that the Address Import ID is the same as the Phone Address Import ID.
