You may receive this message after you enter your username and password while logging into the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder (a.k.a. Content folder).
The Files Folder uses your Blackbaud Hosting Services username and password. You may receive this message if you are logging in with a username and password that are different from your Blackbaud Hosting Services username and password.
If your password changed recently or you are using the browser auto-fill feature to remember your password, please delete the browser's cache for Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, Passwords, and Form Data Auto-Fill:
Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options. Under Browsing history, click Delete. Make the appropriate selections on the next screen and click Delete, then Apply and OK.
Microsoft Edge: Click the three dots at the top right > Settings > Beneath the Clear browsing data section click on 'Choose what to clear' > Click clear
Firefox: Tools > Options > Security tab. Unmark Remember passwords for sites, then navigate over to the Privacy tab. Click they hyperlink for "clear your recent history", select Everything from the "Time range to clear" drop-down box, make the appropriate selections and click Clear Now, then OK.
Chrome: Click the Chrome control button (three horizontal llnes, upper right) > Tools > Clear browsing data. In the "Obliterate the following items from" drop-down box, select "The beginning of time". Make the appropriate selections and click the "Clear Browsing Data" button.
Safari: Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop menu in menu bar: check. From the Develop menu > Empty Caches.
