1. Create a Constituent export.
  2. On the General tab, click Include, and choose Selected Records to pull in a query. (optional)
  3. On the Output tab, select the following fields:
    Constituent information, First name
    Constituent information, Last name
    Address, Preferred Address, Address line 1, 2, etc.
    Address, Preferred Address, City
    Address, Preferred Address, State
    Address, Preferred Address, Zip
    Address, Preferred Address, Phones, Phone number
  • *In 7.94 and above, Phone number would be found under the Phones node. 
  • Select the number of phones to export, and the selected type, if desired
  1. Click Export Now to save the final exported document.
