1. Create a new student query. (BB135272)
     
  2. On the Criteria tab select:
                  Grades> Grades/Skills>Academic Year equals the appropriate Academic Year

                  Grades>Grades/Skills> Grades> Marking column equals [Name of marking column].

       3.   Select the output tab and select the following fields:

                   Student> Last name

                   Student>First name

                   Grades>Grades/Skills and select the Teacher field

                   Grades>Grades/Skills, select Marking Column, Grade and Class ID.


        4.   On the Sort tab select the appropriate fields to sort the query results for example last name then grade level.

        5.   Select the results tab.
