Try each of the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. Ensure the constituency code is present on the Bio 2 tab of the constituent's record
  2. If filtering on Primary Constituent code, ensure the code is listed first on the Bio 2 tab of the constituent's record
  3. If the code is not the primary code, filter the query on Constituency, Constituency Code, rather than Primary Constituency Information, Constituency Code
  4. Make sure the constituent is not excluded due to Security by Constituency
  5. Refer to Incorrect constituents in query resutls.
