When searching for records, such as using the Quick Find feature, some users would like for all records to automatically populate in the results window, without having to enter any criteria. Load Search Screen Automaticallyis an option available on a search screen, which lists all records that match the search criteria on the search screen.
Note: This option does not affect constituent or gift records, because it would take a long time to automatically display the list of all constituents or all gifts.
Unmarking this option would require clicking Find Now after entering criteria in the search window.
On the search screen, click Options.
Mark or Unmark the 'Load the search results window automatically' checkbox.
