• In Configuration, select Tables. 
    • Highlight the Phone Types table. 
    • Double-click the first table entry to change. 
    • Select the correct formatting from the list of options; for example, #(###) ###-####x####. 
    • Click OK to save the changes. 
    • Repeat for any other phone formats that need to be changed.
    • Notes:

      • These settings apply to all security users.   
      • Phone formats are specific to each phone type. 
      • Changing the format of phone numbers will change the formatting of that phone type for numbers that are currently on the record.
      • If there is no character in front of the parenthesis or no extension, these parts of the format will not be seen on the record

      From a constituent record:

      1. Place the cursor in the Phone Type field. 
      2. Press F7 to access the Phone Types table.
