Attendance is not calculating correctly on report cards
1. In Mail, click Forms and highlight Report cards. 2. Open the report card parameter. 3. On the Details tab, open the section for Attendance. 4. Select the Columns tab. 5. Select and open the column with the description Number of Occurrences. 6. In the Field to show field select Sum of Units. 7. The Include these terms box appears. Mark the checkbox for each term to include. 8. Click OK. 9. On the General tab, for the corresponding Attendance and Tardy categories In the Included column select Selected. 10. Select an attendance code to filter from the box on the left and click the single right arrow button. The filter appears in the Include these attendance codes box. To select all the filters at one time, click the double arrow. 11. Click OK. 12. Click Preview.
