1. Set up a quality point calculation.
  2. In Mail, Forms, highlight Report Cards or Transcripts, open an existing parameter or click New.
  3. Select the Details tab.
  4. Open the Courses section.
  5. Select the Columns tab and click New Column.
  6. In the Field to Show drop-down menu, select Quality Points.
  7. Select any desired formatting options.
  8. Mark the Total and Total Cumulative Quality Points checkboxes if desired
  9. Click OK to return to to the Courses Section screen.
  10. In the Courses Section screen click OK to return to the Details tab
  11. Click Preview or Print.
