You can copy grading scales, marking column weights, and class associations from one school, academic year, and session to another school, academic year, and session.
  • For the academic year and session selected on the Home page, if you are required to use supervisor-defined grading scales, the Grading Scales section is disabled.
  • If you are required to use supervisor-defined marking column weights, the Marking Column Weights section and the Next button are disabled.
  • If you are required to use both supervisor-defined grading scales and marking column weights, Copy Academic Year does not appear in Gradebook Setup.
  • A grading scale does not copy if a grading scale with the same name exists in the year to which you are copying.
  • A marking column weight does not copy if a marking column weight with the same name exists in the year to which you are copying, but the weight association associated with that name can still copy.
