Blackbaud does not recommend disabling or uninstalling the anti-virus/spyware software. Consult your IT department to discuss ways to relax the configuration to allow connections between ICVerify and The Raiser's Edge.
If using IATS for processing please ensure you are currently using the correct account. Contacting IATS to confirm account credentials is recommended.
