Error: All line items must be fully receipted before closing a purchase order
Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolve:
1. Ensure the purchase order status is Open. 2. Ensure all line items on the purchase order are fully receipted. 3. Ensure all line items and receipts have a status of Posted, if the Purchase Order Business rule, 'All line items and receipts must be posted before a purchase order can be closed' is marked.
