General Ledger Report balance changes when including not yet posted transactions

The General Ledger Report balance changes when including not yet posted transactions versus when not including not yet posted transactions in the Filters tab.
When you select to include not yet posted transactions, unposted activity from subledgers will be included in the report. This increased activity will change the balances of the accounts.

If all activity, bank adjustments, and journal entries are posted from subledgers and General Ledger, and the balances are the report are still different when including not yet posted transactions, click Chat with Support to discuss this issue with a support analyst and reference this article. We may need a copy of your data to resolve it.
