Error: Unable to send eReceipts. Please verify the SMTP email server and port number in Configuration.

Error: The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x80040217. The server response was not available SMTP email server: <Servername> Port number: 25

WARNING: Because the mail server was unavailable, the eReceipts could not be sent. The eReceipts must be recreated and resent when the mail server is available.Click Help for more information regarding recreating the eReceipts.

We resolved this issue in version 7.85.5026, patch 3.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
