Contact Primary Addressee, Primary Salutation, Position, or Address doesn't export when creating an action letter with the contact fields.
Try each of the following steps until the issue is resolved:
1. Ensure the relationship record has been marked as a contact. 2. On the Contact's relationship record, ensure the Print? box is checked next to the Position 2. Select the correct contact on the action record. 3. Save the action record before generating the letter.
