Follow each of the steps below until the issue is resolved:
- Make sure the AddressAccelerator files are the newest files available.
- In The Raiser's Edge, go to Tools, User Options and select the File Locations tab.
- In the AddressAccelerator Data Files field, enter the file path where the AddressAccelerator files reside.
- Click Apply, and then OK.
- Update AddressAccelerator. This will create the missing .cas file(s) and update existing files.
