Follow each of the steps below until the issue is resolved:

  1. Make sure the AddressAccelerator files are the newest files available.
  2. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Tools, User Options and select the File Locations tab.
  3. In the AddressAccelerator Data Files field, enter the file path where the AddressAccelerator files reside.
  4. Click Apply, and then OK.
  5. Update AddressAccelerator. This will create the missing .cas file(s) and update existing files.
