1. Open ODBC Data Source Administrator
  2. In the User DSN tab locate the REOpen7 DSN entry and either remove it or rename it
  3. In the System DSN tab confirm there is an REOpen7 DSN for SQL Server
  4. If the System DSN for REOpen7 does not exist, unlock RODBA again or manually create the DSN entry and use SQL Authentication with the same user name and password entered during the RODBA unlock process.
If this does not resolve the issue on a Windows 7 or Vista machine:
  1. Ensure Windows User Account Control is unlocked
  2. Reboot the machine
  3. Log into The Raiser's Edge with the Supervisor username
  4. Unlock RODBA again
