1. In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
  2. Highlight Student and click New.
  3. Under Available fields, select Student, Current Grade and the Replace operator.
  4. For Replace, select the current grade that needs to be changed.
  5. For With, select the current grade that needs to be entered.
  6. Click OK.
  7. On the Filters tab, filter on the records that need to be included in the change.
  8. Click Preview Changes to ensure the appropriate records are included.
  9. Click Change Now.
NOTE: The Current Grade field will not be available in Globally Change Records for organizations that use college features such as degrees and degree audits.  In this case, manually update the Current Grade field on each record, or to update a large number of records at one time use Import: How to update the applicant/student current grade level via import
