1. In Records, click Faculty/Staff and open the corresponding Faculty/Staff record.
  2. On the Bio 1 tab, change the status to Former, something other than Current.
  3. Save and close the record.
  4. In Integration, click Set up Integration with the Raiser's Edge.
  5. Highlight Faculty/Staff from the left navigation list.
  6. Choose selected in the filters grid for Faculty/Staff Statuses and select the Status(es) to include when integrating with Raiser's Edge.

  1. In Records, click Faculty/Staff and open the corresponding Faculty/Staff record.
  2. On the Bio 1 tab, uncheck the Current Teacher checkbox
  3. Save and close the record.
  4. In Integration, click Set up Integration with the Raiser's Edge.
  5. Highlight Faculty/Staff from the left navigation list.
  6. Check the box to include only current Teachers
Note: The Constituent code will still need to be removed from the faculty member’s Constituent record. When synchronization is run it will not get added back since the faculty record no longer meets the criteria in Set up Integration with Raiser’s Edge.
