1. Exit and sign out of both The Financial Edge and the computer itself on the workstation where the error appears.

2. On another workstation, sign in to the workstation and The Financial Edge with the Windows and The Financial Edge sign in information that was signed out on step 1.

3. The Financial Edge will be successful. Sign out of The Financial Edge and the workstation and return the workstation used in Step 1.

4. Sign back into the workstation and The Financial Edge. Navigate to each of the modules to make sure you can access each one. You may find a module that loads a "Error in Main Page Load" screen instead of the module's Home page. To resolve this, use the instructions in BB113493 to reset the registry and resolve this issue.

5. Reboot your computer.
