Let's try each of the steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Go to Config, Business Rules 
  2. In the Mail Options section, ensure that the SMTP Server listed is re-relay.hurricane.blackbaudhost.com and PORT listed is 25.
  3. Install the Bullzip PDF printer driver

    a. Stop the spooler and Citrix printer manager services manually.
    b. Browse to the Deploy folder on the server.
    c. Open the Printer Install folder.
    d. Install BullZipPDFPrinter(
