• Create an Applicant, Student or Individual query.
    • On the Criteria tab, select Addresses, Contact information, Contact type [equals] Email.
    • On the Output tab, select the following: Addresses, Contact Information, Contact Number
      Applicant/Student/Individual, Full Name
    • Select any other desired fields on the Output and Sort tabs.
    • Select the Results tab or click Run at the bottom right to view the results.
