Possible causes:
  • A required field was missing
  • In EFT, when selecting a direct debit payment type, the bank is required

  1. In Configuration, click Fields

  • Highlight Gifts and see if the Bank field is marked as required

  • If so, either unmark the Required checkbox or add the bank to the gift

    Note: If you are entering an EFT gift, the bank is required whether or not the Bank field is marked required.

Change the pay method for the gift from direct debit to cash
