When opening Actions marked as Completed in The Raiser's Edge, users may noticed the Action completed on date fills in with the current date. This occurs immediately when opening any completed action record that has no completion date entered. It can also occur if the action was globally changed to Completed but a completion date was not added at the time of this change.
To resolve this issue, enter a Completed on date to these action records manually, globally or through importing.
Clear the Action completed on field and save the record each time it is opened.
