Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Ensue the export does contain records. From the application, the report preview or export will usually indicate a number of records and/or the process was completed.
  2. Try the export in a different format. For example, try CSV instead of Excel.
  3. Ensure the Hosted Files Folder has enough space to create the export. Each hosting user is allotted 100 MB in files space there. Blank files will result if a user is near that limit. To free up space, delete files created by the hosting user. Or try to export from Blackbaud Hosting Services to your computer or a network location.
  4. Try the export as a different hosting user.
  5. Try the download on a different workstation.
