- Ensue the export does contain records. From the application, the report preview or export will usually indicate a number of records and/or the process was completed.
- Try the export in a different format. For example, try CSV instead of Excel.
- Ensure the Hosted Files Folder has enough space to create the export. Each hosting user is allotted 100 MB in files space there. Blank files will result if a user is near that limit. To free up space, delete files created by the hosting user. Or try to export from Blackbaud Hosting Services to your computer or a network location.
- Try the export as a different hosting user.
- Try the download on a different workstation.
