Records are missing from Export that appear in query when using Address Processing
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternative Solution:

1. Go to Address Processing and select Criteria
2. Go to Org Address
3. Under Step 3 - Specify what happens if no contact is found, unmark 'Remove record if no valid Organisation address is found' which appears if you have selected to Export to specific address
4. Click OK and save export before running it
