Follow the steps below to add a user to a System Role: 

  1. Select Administration from the menu bar.
  2. Go to Security and then System Roles.
  3. Click on the system role to which you would like to add users
  4. Select the Users tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Application Users field, click the binoculars to search for the user.
  7. Leave the search field blank, then click the Search button to show a list of all users in ResearchPoint.
  8. Highlight the user's name, then click Select, Save.

Note: For full rights, users will need to have Prospect Research Manager and Prospect Researcher system roles.
