Follow the steps below to add a user to a System Role:
- Select Administration from the menu bar.
- Go to Security and then System Roles.
- Click on the system role to which you would like to add users
- Select the Users tab.
- Click Add.
- In the Application Users field, click the binoculars to search for the user.
- Leave the search field blank, then click the Search button to show a list of all users in ResearchPoint.
- Highlight the user's name, then click Select, Save.
Note: For full rights, users will need to have Prospect Research Manager and Prospect Researcher system roles.
