NetMail allows you to create, send, and track email messages to constituents, applicants, students, parents, or faculty/staff. When sending NetMail emails, emails may not be delivered to all recipients or emails may not be sent due to them being returned as soft or hard bounces.
1. Verify the appropriate email address exists on the included records. 2. In NetSolutions, select Download Transactions. 3. After downloading, select View Undeliverable Email. 4. Make note of the soft and hard bounces (BB112832) for each recipient.
