1. In Administration, click Post.
2. Click New Post Parameter.
3. Select the Format tab.
4. Select 'Always ask for a parameter file' from the first drop-down menu.
5. Click Validate.
6. In the window that appears, click Add New.
7. Select the Format tab and highlight Detail.
8. Mark the 'Show transaction total' checkbox.
9. Mark the 'Show details for control accounts' checkbox.
10. Save the report parameter.
11. Click the report parameter.
12. Double-click the parameter that was created and saved.
