2. Navigate back to the original area
If "Error in main page load" no longer appears, select File > Exit and Sign out and Sign back into The Financial Edge
If the error still appears after navigating away and back to the originally desired area and occurs only on one workstation for only one Windows user, then:
- Make the user a local administrator or assign the required NTFS permissions on the workstation;
- If the error still occurs, then recreate the Windows profile of the Windows user.
If the error occurs only on one workstation for multiple Windows users, then repair The Financial Edge installation on the workstation.
