1. In Banks, select the appropriate account and click Edit account details.
  2. Select the Payments Tab, and highlight the payment type you are using, (EFT).
  3. Click Edit Payment Options.
  4. Highlight EFT General.
  5. Enter a new file path in the Output File path.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Save and Close the account.
  8. Create the EFT payments.
If still occurring, ensure the file path in the create payments window is updated as well:
  1. On the navigation bar, click Banks
  2. Select a bank from the drop-down menu
  3. For Accounts Payable checks, click Print checks and record bank drafts. For Payroll checks, click Print Payroll checks and EFT notices
  4. Fill in any required fields on the first few tabs, and ensure at least 1 invoice (or calculation) to be paid by EFT is selected
  5. Select the Format tab > Highlight EFT on the left and click Edit Payment Options on the right
  6. Select EFT General and update the file path appearing there 
Note: By default, the file location noted in create payments pulls from what is noted in Edit account details, however, if there is still an active payment run that was saved prior to updating Edit account details, the file path in create payments will need to be updated.
