1. Find the name of the application server you are connected to
  2. Contact Support and provide support with the name of the server you were connected to when you experienced this and your Blackbaud Hosting Services username. 
If your database is not Hosted by Blackbaud then support for issues related to your user profile should be addressed by an IT professional or software vendor.  Please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue, which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.
