1. In Configuration, click Registrar Setup,and then Translation Tables
2. Open the appropriate Translation table (the translation table in use by the course)
3. Add a letter grade to represent an incomplete (i.e. I or INC)
4. Save and close the translation table
5. In Grades, Enter Grades By Student, By Course or By Teacher, enter the incomplete letter grade for the student for the appropriate course(s) and marking column(s)
