The user's files folder is full or has exceeded the 100 MB limit for each user. Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
  1. Close any unneeded documents, programs, and windows.
  2. Save the document on another disk.
  3. Delete any unnecessary information from the Files folder. There is a 100 MB limit to the amount of information stored in the Files folder.
  4. If the error occurs when exporting to the Files folder: Contact Support and reference this article.
