1. Open the payment that you would like to apply
2. On the AR Detail tab of the payment, choose Add/Edit Applications, select Add/Edit Applications.
3. In the Apply Payments for client box, choose to apply the Amount Distributed to (Owner) John Doe.
4. Next choose, 'Show All Unpaid Charges for this Employee'
5. In the Find box, change 'Charge' to 'Invoice'.
6. Locate the invoice and select it.
7. Click the 'Apply' box
8. Save & close the application
