1. In Scheduling, click Edit Master Schedule
  2. Select View, Grid View
  3. Right click the affected class and click Open Class
  4. Select the Meetings tab
  5. Compare the Meetings on the Meeting tab to the Master Schedule.
  6. If the meetings are not the same, close the class record and drag the meeting on the master schedule to the correct space
  7. Right click the class and click Open Class, and edit the appropriate class information
OR
  1. In Scheduling, click Edit Master Schedule
  2. Select View, Grid View
  3. Right click the affected class and click Open Class
  4. Select the Meetings tab
  5. Highlight each meeting and delete
  6. Complete each action for each meeting in each term

The meeting cannot be deleted if attendance has been entered. View the next set of steps


OR

  1. In Enter Class Attendance, pull up the class.
  2. Delete any attendance in that term.
  3. Save and close.
  4. In Configuration, Business Rules, Scheduling, verify the rule to reflect class schedule changes in other terms is not marked.
  5. Open the class record.
  6. On the Meetings tab, filter on the preferred term.
  7. Click on a meeting and select Delete All to delete all of the meetings.
  8. Recreate the meetings and assign the teacher.
