MatchFinder Online must be enabled in Blackbaud NetCommunity or Blackbaud Internet Solutions in order for the link to appear on your donation forms. You may check if this enabled by doing the following:
 

  1. Open a browser and navigate to your donation form.
  2. Mark the checkbox for My company will match my gift on the donation form
  3. If a MatchFinder link appears, it is successfully enabled. If it does not appear, Click Chat with Support and reference this article.


If MatchFinder Online is successfully enabled, please send an HTML template file with your page's styling to addressfinder@blackbaud.com.  Please include a placeholder of some kind on the page indicating where you would like the MatchFinder Online search box to appear, e.g., "Place MatchFinder Online search here."

Please allow for 3-5 business days for changes to take place.
