Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Make sure the report criteria and query filters match. For example, if filtering the report on a selected Constituent Code, be sure to select the same Constituent Code on the Criteria tab in the query.
  2. Verify that the Soft Credits selection is the same on the report parameters and in the query options.
  3. Verify that the same gift types are being included/excluded in the report parameters and query criteria.
  4. Verify that the same date ranges are being selected in the report parameters and query criteria.
