1. In Configuration, click Attributes.
2. In the Attributes screen, select Invoice/Credit Memo from the left-hand list.
3. Select the Attribute Type, Data Type, Table Name.

note: If you select Table as the data type, select an existing table in the Table drop-down or select Create New Table to add a new one.

4. Mark the Required? checkbox, if the attribute should be required on every invoice.
5. Mark the Unique? checkbox to prevent duplicate table entries for the attribute table.
