1. Disable User Account Control (UAC) and reboot the workstation
  2. Log back onto the workstation with a Windows account which has local administrator rights
  3. Update The Raiser's Edge
  4. Log into The Raiser's Edge database
  5. Enable User Account Control (UAC), if desired
  6. Temporarily unmark the Work Offline option in the Outlook Add-in to see if you receive the following Error:    Error: Access to The Raiser's Edge install directory and subdirectories has been denied. User rights should be checked.
