This error is usually caused by either duplicate records in ResearchPoint or a record being linked to the wrong record in The Raiser's Edge.

To resolve:
1. In ResearchPoint, click Home
2. Search all saved prospects for the name of the record.
3. If there are two individual records in ResearchPoint for the same prospect, determine which one you would like to delete.  Make sure to unlink and move any pertinent information from the original record if you are keeping the new copy.
4. Search all saved prospects for the Constituent ID of the prospect's record in The Raiser's Edge.  This will allow you to open the ResearchPoint record currently linked to the record in The Raiser's Edge, and unlink it if necessary.
