The ID in the import file may differ from the ID The Raiser's Edge is attempting to find on our records for one of the following reasons:
  • The ID's contain leading zeroes and the results file was opened in Excel
  • Occurs when using a different ID to do the update than the one provided

Please confirm you are attempting the import using the same ID provided to us initially (ex: If the file contains the Constituent ID, you must mark to use Constituent ID when importing as well).
