Manage Organizational Units is blank in ResearchPoint

This solution explains what to do when no users are listed within Admin > Manage Organizational Units in ResearchPoint.  Additionally, the options to add, edit, or delete a user are missing.  This can occur when a user has been deleted from Manage Organizational Units.

Contact Support and reference this article. 

To avoid this issue in the future, make the user inactive in ResearchPoint rather than deleting the user from the database.
