If the Raiser's Edge Sphere Connector's scheduled Autosync is not running, the user can initiate a manual sync by completing the following steps. Initiating a sync should bring over any transactions from Sphere into the Connector. This solution is the first troubleshooting step when your connector is missing transactions that you expected to be there.
Log into The Raiser's Edge
Go to the Sphere Connector
Click on Scheduler
If the "Initiate Sync Now" button is greyed out, disable the Autosync Schedule
