1. Create a new constituent query to group the records you would like to include in the report.
  2. Go to Reports, Profiles, Lists and Directories, and create a new Constituent Profile report.
  3. Click the Include button and select Selected Records.
  4. Search for the query created in Step 1 and click Open.
  5. Populate the rest of the tabs with the desired information.
  6. Click Preview.
