In Journal Entry, once you select the Batch dropdown menu, and click Validate Batch; the Validation Successful notification appears. However the application freezes and the validation report does not preview or print.
1. Exit and Sign out of the Financial Edge (and Blackbaud Hosting Services page, if applicable.) 2. Sign back in 3. Open Batch and try to Validate again 4. If still freezes, Recreate Windows user profile
