This may occur as a result of system changes, such as a datacenter move, or because of other issues with the PluginService.
  • Confirm that the PluginService URL in the Plug-in options window is correct
  • Verify that there are no errors on the testconfig.aspx (Note: only available for pre 7.1 and self-hosted)
  • If you host the Blackbaud NetCommunity web server - confirm the Blackbaud NetCommunity service is running by checking the event viewer for errors. If errors are occurring that relate to the Blackbaud NetCommunity services, try restarting Blackbaud NetCommunity service on the server
  • If Raiser's Edge is not hosted with Blackbaud, please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support. You may provide the NetCommunity Troubleshooting guide to your IT professional.
